01.
Comprehensive and Detailed Health Review
We begin by understanding your medical and injury history, surgery details (if relevant), and any ongoing symptoms or limitations, ensuring your program is safe, structured, and tailored to where you’re at in your recovery journey.
02.
Movement & Functional Assessment
We assess how you move, looking at range of motion, joint stability, balance, and control to identify areas that need rebuilding and reduce the risk of re-injury.
03.
Strength and Cardiovascular Assessment
Your current strength and fitness levels are measured through guided, low-risk testing. This provides a clear picture of where you’re strong, where there are gaps, and how we’ll rebuild capacity over time.
04.
Lifestyle Review & Goal Setting
We explore how your injury or condition is impacting work, sport, and daily life, then set clear, meaningful goals like returning to activity, restoring confidence, or improving functional independence.
